BTW have any of you figured how to use the wipers in intermittent mode? There is the auto rain sensor button for full auto, but manual is just fast and faster. There is a speed dial for Intermittent mode on the stick, but I can't get intermittent mode going. Been wanting to dig up the manual one of these days to find out how to use this speed dial!

I too have been trying to figure this out for sometime and here is my take on this. Firstly get the latest software update. I noticed this when I was using a newer E90 courtesy car and found that when you use auto wiper, when you increase the sensitivity the wiper goes faster. There is still a slight delay as the system takes a bit of time to adapt. My 2005 car has been updated and I now have the same functionality. Though at times, it doesn't seem to work exactly how you want it especially when it is dark outside. In fact when it's raining at night, you need to increase the sensitivity just to get the wiper to work in auto better.

This is just my 2 cents observation. Maybe it all in my imagination only but please try it out and let us know if it's the same for all of you out there.

Interesting.. I'll definitely check out the sensitivity setting for the auto rain sensor. I find auto mode too agressive, as I like to see rain drops roll off my windscreen.... Call it a fetish LOL.

Also what did you do to get the latest software update? My car has at min the Sept 05 firmware update as the door lock auto locks when I drive off. So I am not sure if there is another version update after that. Any other things which can be fixed by newer software updates?

Geez our cars are starting to sound like desktop OSes. Maybe one day we'll get patches online, and flash it ourselves through our laptops

Yes the auto is a little too agressive for my taste as well. That is why I use it only when it raining, not drizzling (I am weird that way too). How I got a newer sware, well, just send the car in to fix the door lock sensitivty and they just updated it.

One thing to note is you will need to keep the sensor area of the glass really clean, so I clean my glass weekly when washing with a good glass cleaner.

It's right, the rain sensor works together with the sensitivity dial. Tried yesterday during the afternoon downpour.

Anyone can give a brief description on how to programme the seating position into the key fob? I read through the manual last night but still blur blur on the instruction.

I wonder if AB can confirm the oct date. However, at 700K, i might just go for the 335i coupe. I saw a recon M6 selling for 780K so it kinda makes more sense to go for that dont u think?

Yup, I had good experience from the Contis on AB's loaner too and even in my initial set of 17"s on my E92! It was so much better! Well, I guess it's non-RFTs for me when I change my tyres eventually!

Anyone has tried non RFTs on the E90 325 Sports yet? If yes, any marked difference in ride?

Just received my car last 2 weeks but i noticed that there's no bass come out from the rear speakers. Front speaker sounds ok! Is this standard in E90? oh maybe i need to visit the dealer? appreciate your feedback.

I tried going that route, but for the E90 325i sports, there is a decent waiting list and it didn't even qualify for BMW's promo of 1.38% financing. Only fleet buy discounts can be had, something like if you buy 4 units you get 2-3% off or something.... but they have to be accompanied by a company letter which states that all 4 cars are for their employees or something.

Dun think so there is any discount since the demand or sales is so good for this model. Moreover I think now the waiting time is 3 to 4 months! Anyway, must try to negotiate for freebies such as leather fob holder, tinted glass, full petrol on delivery, etc etc.
