Come come guys, there are always the pro's and con's to almost every new suggestions and or initiatives. We as the CM will view, take note and deliberate all feedbacks with an open and positive mind. Measures taken are only interim and will only be fully implemented when we believe its justifiable (for the benefit of all concern) :top: ....

Nobody is wrong here as we all have our reasons on why we think this should be this or that (and we respect that). Prez this isn't about pros and cons this is the way it was done ... Any concerns should be addresses via pm this is especially so because wingzee is an OM for god sake and should give him the benefit of doubt before making statements publicly.

CM owes Wingzee an apology simply because the way this matter was being handled ad because of that his reputation suffers as a result.

I'm just a CG and may not have much rights to voice my opinions, but I do feel that after several "incidents" of such nature, I feel I need to just add my 2 sen here.

I feel that due diligence should have been made in establishing a case to determine the facts before any accusations are made public. There are many items on sale online, at many price points and varying quality. As bro wingzee has said, he has had personal experience of purchasing said items at lower prices that just don't work as advertised. Sure...you could go order it at a lower price elsewhere but is it guaranteed to work as it should?

I personally think that members on this forum are genuine and want to share what good stuff they have found. If there are doubts, the modus operandi should have been to find out the facts first. In this case, such accusations should not have been made public upfront. Let's say I find something good at a certain price point, and want to share a group buy here at said price point, but of course there are many other offers at much lower prices. Am I now forced to sell something that works, at a cheaper price of something that doesn't?

It's always buried. Before that someone will come in to post some nice things to pay lip service. It's all a game. I have been on forums for more than 12 years now and it's always Malaysian forums that have such issues. Best of all many will watch and not speak up in case unpopular la. So those who do it their way get away with it all the time.

What have I learnt? Just dun care la. Nothing changes. Time to spend more time in the real world and not in a forum where some feel they have the power to censor or censure as and when they like. Their word is law rules are not adhered to as it is flexible.

Talk is cheap guys. Do the right thing for once. Be fair to all. Can that happen? Or will many just watch silently? Adios Amigos. There is a lovely real world out there.

Prez, I have nothing against new suggestions & initiatives but it started off with a wrong foot. Wild accusations were made. It should have started off what a proper discussion via PM or privately, instead of making such statements in the public without any sort of reliable proof, all were based solely on a person's judgement & feel. How can lah?For me I do support the fact that CM is taking matters seriously in protecting the members but it gotta done in a proper manner, instead of what just happened.

What I do see is that even as CG, you didn't acknowledge their points raised up here. Would that be taken into consideration or rather just ignored and points raised by OM's are only heard?

Why is it so hard for the CM to accept that they have screwed up and have no good valid reason for such high handed tactic and apologized?

Instead we have now reply that we are looking for win win solution. I can't fathom what can be possibly win win in this situation when someone slander you openly. Damage is done and reputation is ruined.

CG called in to fill empty slots only mah. Come on ... What rights have the CG got when never hand over the RM300. Some say that after hand over RM300 also no see their starter kit. Some say after hand over RM300 also kena taroh without clarification. All I know is that we call it being given The Stick.

Jarance ... Not sack la. Do the right thing. Keeping it in context it has to be this:

- decide if Wingzee has breached any of the forum rules
- if he has, state why and as to which rule
- wingzee to be censured for it
- if he has not then is the nosiness of Herbert acceptable?
- is Herbert posting as a CM or OM?
- if CM then is this the collective stand of the whole committee?
- if not then Herbert will be judged as any ordinary OM posting
- if Herbert is wrong to be a nosy Parker then do something about it

Remember, no personal attacks allowed as per the rules. To accuse Wingzee of over profiting is a personal attack.

Let's stop this ... Hard to do job, no compensation job etc. this is irrelevant. Crux of the issue is not addressed. Issue is whether Herbert's posting is considered acceptable? Many OMs feel otherwise for very clear reasons. The result of Herbert's posting is an OM's integrity is attacked. Why be such a nosy Parker la? Any of the forum rules breached? Let's stick to that
