Hello!!! my 2000 taillight cracked so I might as well change to the facelift type. I went to Subang Bavarian Auto Parts branch and they quoted me as below:Facelift taillight and wiring RM1045 Driver's side chrome grill (sarung) RM155I was wondering if any of you here can get a better price from them. Please let me know. Thank you for your time.Liew

ur car is 2000 ...same as mine

if not mistaken ..u need another set of cable patch

RM1045 is only for the taillight (4 pcs total). Actually RM895 for the 4 pcs and RM150 for the wiring. They quoted me ULO brand. Usually it's either Hella or Bosch; I also stoned on hearing the brand.

If I use the cable patch do I need to cut the original car's wiring or is it just plug and play?

Even with the cable u still need to cut and sambung, connect to the existing one.
U will notice the top light is light up permanant and brighter when brake unlike the face lift the top is not light up and on only when it brake.
just thinking if this is programmable///????

The wiring is different for both pre and post facelift. Need to compare the wiring diagram the trace the difference.. Could be just different relay setup..

So it's not plug and play...

I have called a few places and they told me the ULO brand is plug and play. Once I fitted it, I will let you all know if it is plug and play or cut and play.
