I have had two GY RFT changed on the same wheel. Finally I decided that I have had enough!!! Recently, I had my tyres changed to Bridgestone S001 non-RFT. The drive is better compared to the stock tyres. It handles well on both dry and wet conditions. I'd recommend this tyre. Had mine changed at one of the tyre shop in Bandar Baru Bangi, really good price and service.

Been using S001 ever since I got the car 15 months ago. No issues so far but am gonna try other brands and see if the road noise reduces.

I thought the S001 is already soft enough. Please let us know if you find other tyres that reduces road noise. I believe part of the reason is because of the low profile tyres which causes quite some road noises. Not to mention the really bad NVH insulation of this car.

I didn't know S001 was considered a soft tyre...hmm. Anyhow low profile tyres should result in a harsher ride but noise is subject to how they designed the tyre but the broadness of the tyre will also result in more road noise and yes the NVH is really crap in the F30. Hope they will not put owners of the LCI model into misery like us now.
