To M-Sport my E39 and some questions

Hi guys,Mine is 2003 520i 2.2 comes with M tech bodykits now I'm seeking advice to :1) blackened door sills. On my previous E34, , I used Tamiya spray but the color easily peeling away. So any idea how to blackened the sills ? 2) Where is Selvam new place ? Last time I went there, there was E60 M Sport sport rim lying....now I'm going to replace my wheel to either a) M Parallel 18" staggeredb) E60 M Sport 18" staggered3) I just moved out to Kota Warisan, Sepang. Any reputable BMW mechanics around here ?Thank you.Azril

bazet....use hi temp paint.4 times more expensive than normal spray can paint but will last very much longer.

around here.....nilai/bbst no real specialist la....but for general service you can try the one in kosmopleks bbst.....ah kheong w/shop....they even have the service reset tool and engine diagnostic computer.....

I think I've seen people using black tape to blacken the door trims. It works and is quite durable. Need to use a heat gun to soften the tape a bit and mould it to get a clean line along the trim.

e60 rims and e39 rims tak boleh ngam. If you still insist, have to modify, but not advisable.

I used 3M black tape for my E30 and it lasted a good 6 years before I sold the car. Was very impressed by that.

Just replaced clutch fan @ Naidu today due to sudden overheating while stalled on traffic jams.

Next will be absorbers

i agree with bro paul, my fren using m5 e60 rims on his e39 experiences shaky drive at 90kph to 110kph...he is so uncomfortable with it...the rims needs reboring before fitting to his e39..just for sharing...
