PETALING JAYA:The Road Transport Department is urging road users to continue e-mailing it to report on irresponsible and dangerous road behaviour by other drivers.Road Transport Department (JPJ) director-general Datuk Solah Mat Hassansaid public response so far to its e-mail had been very good, adding that the department had also received many photographs of drivers committing traffic offences for it to investigate.“Help us to catch traffic offenders. Make sure your snapshot includes the vehicle's licence plate and shows the offence. Also, give us the location, date and time,” he said, adding that the offences included driving on the emergency lane, beating traffic lights, crossing a double line or making an illegal U-turn.Solah said complainants could also call in to find out the status of their complaints and JPJ would inform them of what action had been taken thus far.He said the department did not just rely on the public to nab traffic offenders, but also sent its own officers out to catch anyone committing traffic offences. Those who want to complain about traffic offences can e-mailaduantrafik@jpj.gov.my, call 03-8886-6412 or go to www.jpj.gov.my.

Will you report? I would if I saw any police or JPJ or Ministers cars. My favorite will be Mayor's LOL!!!

Hummm, Putrajaya seem like a nice place. Lot of parking space during wet market yet people still like to park on the road side.
