I think JPJ is getting very commercialised. I accompanied my friend to JPJ Seberang Jaya for the registration of his Z4. I was suprised that the car park(within JPJ's compound which is within its own grounds) required visitors who parked there to pay an hourly parking rate. Then when we were looking for a toilet, we realised that the toilets were located some distance away from the main building and there was also a notice at the entry that visitors had to pay 30 sen. I dont think government buildings should be charging for parking and toilets. Is this common in other JPJ and governmeny departments?
