Never too late to join in the trip. Just sign up on the list. But you do need to make your own accomodation arrangements. You can call Century Pines at the number I've given earlier in this thread or you can make other arrangements, your choice

Just heard from Shri at Century Pines. We need 4 more rooms to be booked by 5pm today in order to qualify for the good group rates we have been offered. Otherwise we will end up having to pay much higher individual rates. So those of you who haven't confirmed your room bookings, and those who are planning to join in but haven't signed up, we need you to act NOW.
