Fellow Members and Enthusiasts, Listed below is the Program Schedule for the event. 4.30pm - Onwards - ARRIVAL OF CARS Arrival of cars and please park to model's classification. There will be designated parking lots according to the models, ie 3 series, 5 series and so forth. Kindly adhere to the Traffic Marshals' instructions for efficient parking. Also take note that car park will only be opened at 4.30pm!! 5.00pm - 5.30pm - TIRE CHANGING COMPETITION Pit your Team of 4 to seek the fastest 'Pit Crew' in town. Teams are welcome to be formed now or on that day. Prizes for First 3 placing. 5.30pm - 6.00pm - PUSH MY RIDE Pit your Team of 3 with another Team for the Fastest Pushed Ride. Prizes for First 3 placing. 6.15pm - 6.45pm - CHARITY AUCTION BY GC Motorsports Special LED lights, Eagle Eyes and etc for E46, E60 and E90 will be auctioned off for a Charitable cause. Proceeds will be donated to a Charitable Home. Kindly ensure sufficient funds for a good cause. List of items to be auctioned off will be posted separately. Please bring lots of CASH. No Credit Cards accepted.:top: 7.00pm - 8.00pm - Official Announcements at RUAI Event will held indoors at Ruai. Welcoming Speeches, Announcements of Winners of Events, Grand Lucky Draws (for Official Members only) etc. 8.00pm onwards. Party till the early morning. 5.00pm - 7.00pm - Mini Futsal, Spot Kick, Meguiars Detailing Clinic Please note there will be other Promotional Events and Activities that will be held concurrently during the Outdoor Events. All participants are encouraged to participate. - Conti 'Spot Kick' contest- Castrol 2 a side Mini Futsal competition Exciting prizes to be won, sponsored by Continental Sime Tires and Castrol.:top: Please bring plenty of mineral water and probably a spare shirt!! Hypercoat, which is the local distributor of Meguiars Products will also be conducting a detailing clinic at their booth with plenty of new products on display. Hope to see all of you there !!
