Bimmersclub : Mini Bimmerfest

Do extend your support if you can.Hope this event will be a successful one.For more info, kindly contact Lionel.Cheers.Daredevilon behalf of BMW Club Malaysia committee----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dear BMW Club Malaysia,Our bimmerclub committee member @ Garry had a peliminary discussion with the GRA organiser to organise a mini bimmerfest in the conjuction of the GRA event on 15th July 2007.As usual, we invite anyone who is interested to join, do a convoy to the shah alam stadium carpark, and park our cars there. We should be able to accommodate about 100 cars there i believe. Time should be anytime from 9.30am to 5pm. Many other activities can then be planned onsite.. people can bring their own canopies, chairs...etc. photograph opportunities, have a picnic, car boot sale..etc (selling new items is fine, as long as they do not clash with any of the sponsors for GRA. Lots of other regular cars, as well as highly modded cars will be participating. The venue is rented by GRA and no cost to us. The event will also draw a crowd which we need. There will be members of the press present also and we might be able to get some free publicity. any feedback pls let me know .....
