talking about charity for animals one way we could do is to go to RSPCA and ask wether there are kittens and puppies that needs a home ... members then can "bid" for their choice of kittens or puppies ... all proceed will then go to RSPCA in that way it's a win-win situation for RSPCA (or other animal charity organisation) , the animals and the new pet owners
of course if it's a bad idea then dun shoot me pls lol

p/s: or we could just skip the auction or bid and just bring the animals and see who wants to adopt during the charity event ...

Thanks to both Salinas & Grace for the preliminary support. Jarance, appreciate your generosity.

I'll work out the mechanism for this animal charity drive and submit to the committee for approval. I'll then be in contact with the volunteers thru pm.

Let's not deviate from this thread for now.....I'll start another thread for this purpose when the time is right...cheers.

Good list... I hope we can have a charity drive for animals as well as one of the in between ad hoc events....something that I've always wanted. I'm sure there are a lot of dog and cat lovers in this club...

I volunteer to spearhead this event with permission from the committee.

Fee per car : RM100, Accomodation RM 120/pax twin sharing inclusive of Breakfast

2. Tire Factory Visit to Continental Sime Tires (April/May)

We have visited this home before, and more than 30 cars drove up. As we have all
seen, this home not only needs funds, but some work on its dilapidated condition.
So lets all help to give them a fresh coat of paint!!:wink:

5. BMW Club Annual Dinner (November 14th, tentatively)

The Executive Committee hopes ALL Members will continue to support the Club's events and hope to see more of you in the coming events.

Yah! especially when the tarmac is wet, more syiok!.. Now my rear pretty botak/slick lio, so traction in the dry is awesome and I basically back to understeer in the dry.. :motz:
