Fender & Tyre Gap ( Left & Right is Different )

Recently i noticed the gap between the fender and the tyre on the right side ( driver's side ) of my car is a little lesser than the left side. Left side, can put 4 fingers in between but right side I can't !Happen to send my car to change the oxygen sensor and asked them to check. I was told it is normal by the technical advisor. IS IT TRUE ? Has anyone check this before ?

Different height is normal, but but but 4 fingers and no finger gap is huge different.
