If the car is levelled, on cambered road, it will swerve to the left and we have to keep correcting the steering to remain straight.

I think this is the best and logical explanation....
 
Ride height deviation approx 10 mm should be still within the tolerance , especially the battery is in the rear right corner .
 
F30 328i , same 10mm lower at right hand side...measurements took place at Quill
