Hi to all sifus,

Need some help in sourcing place to repair the retaining clips for my e60 or replace a new one. Any sifus know any place to do it? I have searched the forum but not able to search. The centre arm rest keep on pop up as the clips cant retain it anymore. Really appreciate any bro can help where i can source it in kl or pj? Thanks

First service done under my ownership.

Can't remember the full details but changed Total Full-Synth approx RM400 (including oil filter)
Full diagnostics and upgraded DME, EGS and CCC software approx RM350

Car feels very responsive now.... and FC also improved.
Done at M Motor Garage, Bdr Tun Razak

Hi , my e60 525 2010 radiator leaking problem now , mech suggest to replace a new radiator , was told is denso original Oem part and quote for rm 1300 , is it reasonable ? Hope to have advise from you all , thanks

Bavaria Auto purchase

1) 7 pcs ZF 6HP19 solenoid for M54, E60 after nego RM 1,350.00

2) 6HP ATF each liter RM45.00, total need 8, so is RM360.00

3) ATF oil pan RM 250.00

4) ATF oil pan seal RM 60.00

Purchase from Herbert, Beisan double vanos seal, price RM 180.00

PKL Motor workshop purchase

1) 7 liter Ravenol each liter RM 60.00. So total is RM 420.00

2) oil filter RM 45.00 (forget the price, I think is this figure)

3) BMW/NGK ori spark plugs each RM 43.00, need 6x, so is RM 258.00

4) vanos pipe RM 185.00

5) valve gasket RM 85.00

6) labour to change engine oil, service gb valve body, change gb solenoids, service & replace beisan double vanos seal, change gasket & pipe, program & resetting valve body (I think that's all, couldn't remember.... Stay from 10.45am until evening 9.30pm..... Charges at RM 850.00.

So, total you sum up...cos I got no eye to see,it's huge damages...:stupid:...

I check with BA and they said they have stop taking ZF atf since early this year. But they replaced it with alternative ATF that some workshop believe it must be replaced every 20,000 KM compared ZF atf which only need to be replaced 30,000 KM - 40,000 KM (as recommended by ZF malaysia)

Just want to check with you, are you getting ZF ATF? Are the bottles with ZF logo ?

Bought these 6 months ago from BA. By then, the back side of bottle does not indicate that it's suitable for BMW (only VW). Got them exchanged back for something else and bought the original ZF ATF at another place. But from the photos you posted, it seems that now they have made it compatible for BMW. BA SS2 PJ did inform that these "generic" ATF are made by Febi and not ZF.
