Any beemers here would care to share the parts and maintenance for the lovely F30 to the benefits of all F30 owner up here? Saw the same forum in E60 section thought it's a good idea to jUST share those info among us.

I drove F30 since July 14 and loving it! So far iDrive has not prompted any service indication yet but I'm curious how is the BSRI quality is. Any member here can share some experience?

To be honest mine is company car. The procurement officer told me that the maintenance is by Ingxxx auto and covers everything inclusive battery and tires for 60k under BSRI. First time heard the deal so good hence wondering those item like tires is it better then outside shop?

As far as I know, BSRI only covers brake pads, brake disc, drive belts, oil change, filters & scheduled inspection

Yeah...I got the one from the standard BMW BSRI but my procurement has been convinced me saying it covers. Hence I'm asking is there such a term and how's the quality about it...

If your procurement can get the tyres replaced under BSRI, it shld be the stock tyres. The Pirelli P7 for the 328 M Sport is quite decent. Cost more than rm1k each.

Guys, have you got your windscreen wipers change during routine maintenance?

Apparently, I went in for first service and AB did not change my wipers for me. When I question them, they answer me that they will only replace our wipers once a year.

Reason I bring this up is that I know last time service center will change new wipers for every routine maintenance they carry on if the car is still cover under BSRI.

Strictly speaking it should depend on the condition of your wiper and not the one year period. Usually if you have a good relation with the service advisor, they will change for you. So it's beneficial to keep a good rapport with your service centre.
