I have the same syndrome. Replace the compressor control value instead of the whole compressor last weekend. RM600. So far so good.

Same here, cold start need to wait 1 min for cold air. Told my SA about changing control value & he say must change compressor.:motz:

Are they trying to make more and less job by just replacing the compressor?

I had same issue and only changed the control valve with cost of RM 550 and now is very cold.

The workshop guy says if I drive a Cayanne, then he will asked me change compressor. For me, he suggest try the control value first. So far so good after changing it. The issue with control value is it is not a official parts from Denso. I called Denso Malaysia, they mentioned need to change the whole compressor. There is no part number for control value. I suspect the control value made from some OEM in China. Go google it, you will find a lot in the market. A very unreliable part indeed.

My took less than 2 hours as the compressor no need to removed to change the control value. It should takes longer time if compressor need to be remove.

Advise to go early as this place quite busy especially on Sat.

1. Motor Oil (6.5 Lit full synth) - RM349
2. Oil Filter - RM42
3. Engine Flush - RM20
4. Brake Service - RM40
5. Washer Tank Connector - RM125
6. Wheel Balancing on Wheels - RM60
7. Wheel Alignment - RM25
8. General Service - RM65

Total + Labour (RM65) = RM729.90

Serviced at Mechanikar, Taman Mayang.

Recently my e60 Fuel Consumption quite poor. Its only 7.5km/litre mixed. Before was approx 9-10km/litre. Any parts should i look into it ? Thx sifu...
