Regarding the Zimmermann front disc rotors......did you buy it from Bomin Auto? I also bought Zimmermann front (RM 480) & rear rotors (RM 450) from Bomin Auto in March 2015 and less than 6 months of usage, the rotors became bad i.e. steering wobble while braking at medium to high speed. I am doubtful of the originality of these Zimmermann rotors even though the packaging/label said "Made in Germany". Checks from other online web-stores selling similar rotors revealed that the prices are at least 2 to 3 times more than what we paid for from Bomin.

Finally I replaced the Zimmermann front & rear rotors including the pads with BMW original.

I also bought Zimmermann front (RM 480) & rear rotors (RM 450) from Bomin Auto in March 2015 and less than 6 months of usage, the rotors became bad i.e. steering wobble while braking at medium to high speed. I am doubtful of the originality of these Zimmermann rotors even though the packaging/label said "Made in Germany". Checks from other online web-stores selling similar rotors revealed that the prices are at least 2 to 3 times more than what we paid for from Bomin.

Finally I replaced the Zimmermann front & rear rotors including the pads with BMW original.

ya la bro herbert....i agree.zimmerman are high end rotors and are expensive.well i guess there are 2nd grade stuff with high end packaging.and there are stuff that are packed and construed as originals but are good ciplaks....malaysia boleh as alwayz.....

oh yeah...my ori BMW front brake pads (rm440) also squeal in the morning and only quietens after warm up.

Original pads with original rotors should not squeals.
