E46: 328i gearbox oil pump failed

Dear All, Wondered if any of you have had this problem before. My porch had oil patch and upon checking found the gbox oil pump had dislodged. Need to dismantle whole gbox to remove pump. Will fit new pump and change all seals and new oil then refit. Any idea what the life of the gbox will be after this. I've got 195,000 kms on the clock. RA
