Done! Changed to new radiator, now temperature at 1/4 level and playing around 1~2mins above it at jams because i'm using 80deg thermostat. Old radiator got plenty of brown flakes in it so thats why it isn't getting high water flow at high engine rpm.
New radiator costs SGD300. :cry: $$$$
