well, i agreed with what you all had said... one, two or ten ringgit is still a sincere donation. kumpul kumpul boleh jadi bukit.
i also do donations on and off when i got time to spare, like buy food stuff(milo, maggi, nestum etc, etc..) and board games to donate to orphanages, old folks home around KL and PJ. :)
I try to help as much as i can alone and with a few other close friends...
There are also some syndicated charity making profits out of monetary donations which i don't really like but what we donate is sincere from our heart thats most important and care less what they gonna do with the money is their problem.. only god knows whatever your religion believe is.. right guys?

Here are a few quotes for all you good souls out there:

"What comes from the heart, touches the heart"

"There is nothing you can do, achieve or buy that will outshine the peace, joy and happiness of giving"

"Real joy comes not from ease of riches or praise of men, but from doing something worthwhile"

-taken from a leaflet of the Persatuan Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Klang Selangor

So sorry, somemore the first few to pledge a cash donation of RM50.00

Not an excuse, but perhaps not following the thread/topic close enuf.

*Remembered last year annual dinner..., paid early to save Rm20.00,
