Charity Bazaar anyone?? Eat, Drink and be Merry!!

The Charity Bazaar will be held from 10am - 3pm.

Total boxes of cookies baked will only be 40 (sorry coz my is in "pantang" stage, recuperating from giving birth).

My cost per box is RM4. Selling at RM8.

FYI, I'm also donating a couple of cartons of packet drinks. Will cool it in an icebox. Should be able to get it bout RM0.55 each. Will sell at RM1.10.

If everything goes as planned, will hand over a total of RM500+- at the end of the day worth of coupons.

...by the rate this is going dman wouldnt need to "open stall" at all as all his cookies (40 boxes) would be sold out even before the start of the charity bazaar....

dman....i think you better keep some cookies to be sold on that day...or get something else to sell too....besides your packet drinks that is.

(i used to be a goreng pisang/hot dog stall hawker...unfortunately lost touch with the recipe and dont have the utensils already....damn...that would certainly be a hot item to sell.)

Hi gang,

Apologies for not being online. Was in Melaka for work the whole weekend.

Great to see the orders piling up. Appreciate it cause more than half of my work to sell is done. My kids will have a great time doing it also.

But like what okow mentioned, I better keep a couple of boxes for the visitors there. Once again I apologise also for only being able to supply 40 boxes. This is because my wife just gave birth and can't do heavy work. I on the other hand can only cook maggi mee!!! So gang, what say we stop the online order for now (except for those who has ordered already) and if you guys are there and no one else buys, either you can then buy it, or I will buy it myself and donate it back to them. I'm also gona sell packet drinks.

FYI, I think pussy has spoken to the Home's supervisor to pick up the coupons personally beforehand... so if you guys want it, please check with pussy first. (I'm unsure of this and stand corrected, k)

Secondly, the cookies will be baked on the 29th and 30th April, meaning I will bring fresh stock to the Home. I will set aside (and name) the boxes according to the online order in this forum.

Anyone who wants to contact me can either pm me or get my hp no from okow, dd, fabian or sithwarrior as I'm unsure if I'm allowed to put it here (takut of the forum police maa!...)

Sine you're 'closed shop' I'll just buy something else with the coupons to bring back to the office..

Fabs, I ordered 5 boxes. I guess I only need 2. The other 3, I will offer it for sale at RM15 a box. Hahaha....but the money will go back into the charity home. Hahahahah.....charity creates charity.So now you know where to spend your colleague's RM40 lah...
