8.5j and 8j Rojak

While changing to a new set of tyres today, just found out today that one of my rear wheels on my 320i Sport is 8.5j while the other is 8j, both for 255x40x17 wheels. The best thing is that these wheels were original as installed at AB when the car was purchased as a Premium selection car almost 2 years ago...My guess is that someone accidentaly installed these wheel prior to delivery, as the car came with a set of new Bridgestones when I took it. Since the car is almost 3 years old and mileage just passed 60k, Im trying to see how I can get a replacement from AB. Contacted the salesman and he informed me that he will discuss with his manager...Fingers crossed! So anyone buying a "premium selection" out there, be wary...mistakes like these can happen....Im still in minor shock since things like this cannot be inspected by the customer when one takes delivery of a used car..

More so when both the tire size are the same size. One would take it for granted that it's the same wheel size as well.

I still cant believe Ive been driving around that car with mismatched wheels for 2 years! Totally blown my faith in this brand.....
