328i F30 2012 Driving Daylight

As Salam & good day to all members,

I'm not sure if anyone already posted this question but I didn't find any similar post using Search function.

My question is how do I enable daytime driving daylights? I can find the option in iDrive menu under Settings - "Daytime driving lights" (as in the attached screenshot), however even I tick to enable this function, the light didn't show up. Or does this model unsupported by that feature?

it should be lighting up if you tick the DRL feature, otherwise, ask them to check for you, could be others problem....

hi azman, is your car local spec? local spec should have the drl enable.

for japan spec drl is disable due its illegal to have drl in japan

Yes that was the root caused. Japan specs. After coding, managed to enable it. Thanks.

Hi All,
Probably this question did asked before.
Does this function has on the 320i F30 local spec as well?
I think it does not have the function to "off" it even though the manual says it has the deactivate function.

Yes it is available as standard.
