Whinning sound

been hearing this whinning sound, seemingly from the belts, after my normal service last week (where normal service done with spark plugs change n front brake pads). Not loud initially, but louder after driving for about 1 hr plus.... could it be one of the belts? Almost sounds like air being released from a ballon....

just to update, my valves were leaking..changed both cost about rm500+ and RM100+...oh well...
