Hi guys, i was just wondering if what I've spent so far in 3 months for my car is too much or normal. Thing is,i got it in June and it is in pretty good condition, but some old parts(and expensive!) had to be changed.So i got all brand NEW(no recond,second hand) and i wanted to know if its normal for a car this age.its 1991,so 16 years old. here's the list till today. And when i talk about normal price,it only covers basic car essentials.Not mods!1. Starter motor and labor- RM9502. Fan belt- RM353. Air cond belt- RM404. Power steering belt- RM305. Now That Car Really Can Fly, haha!!

Well when i 1st bought the car...
It was said it was in a good condition...
But my dad insisted that i should get this car from my uncle...
and he did not give me a choice weather i can check the car for damage control or not...

Alternator and Fuel Pump Damage - RM3'000.00
Change the rear Absorber - RM480.00 x 2pic
Brake system - RM1'000.00
Service Engine - RM199.00
Change 6 Spark Plugs (BOSH) - RM54.00
Fuel Filter - RM78.00

Well i think that's just half of it...
I did this repairs after i had the car in my hand over a week...
I'm just 18 years old wondering where i got the money...
But this is just half of it...
Got a lot of repairs to do...
car still not running as i wanted it to be...

ouch looks like u guys got some hefty bills too!yeah im a student too,so i know your pain bro.at the end of the day, u have to feel the car is worth your money and time,if not no point.i actually love driving this car and the feeling is like,after changing each part the drive gets better.haha.

Anyone can own a UDM.....but not everyone can tahan or willing to spend on maintainence and mods!

Enhancement = things that are not necessity i.e. change of rims, skirting, change of ICE, strut bar etc.

Radiator Repairs - RM1'500.00

where did u send ur radiator?? u can get brand new radiator at that price even the new radiator will cost u less. i thk when it comes to restoration, find the good mechanic/workshop + source of parts if the most important thing.
