USB (6FL) retrofit for the E92/93

Has anyone of you managed to get a USB retrofit in Malaysia or Singapore?Mine is a UK spec iDrive, it has Logic7 but unfortunately did not come with the USB option.1. Where to get it done? I don't mind going to Singapore if its available/cheaper2. How much are we talking about?3. Ingress/Sapura/Auto Bavaria/Quill? Can they help? I know Stuttgarde can't do it as they said it needs to be coded in.
