casper ... that is what happens when you use CELUP! It was already loose. Its okay ... Ingress has a set at merely RM315! Celup already cost about there. Will go back to matte black. Tracking the car is really damaging to the finish etc. Need to re-evaluate la ...

xxx - semi slicks ... that would be nice. My AS2 looses grip as it starts to heat up, after 4 laps its pretty obvious. Hehehehehe ... gatal la trying to defy the forces of physics chasing you then make my 325 into a rally car! I did enjoy looking into the rear mirror and seeing the dust it kicks up. Hahahahahaaa ...

Thanks to tianci for organizing and the others for joining in the fun
We also had some sporting ladies accompanying in some of the cars too :top:


We had a pit garage all to ourselves and it was a mix of Beemers from e36 to 335i to an M5. A VW Roc was also there.

On the track we had an awesome Ferrari 458 GT racecar to watch out for because it was so damn fast. And there was also an experimental Proton Preve driven by Prince of Drift, Djan Ley on the track. Too bad the fun was cut short by that unfortunate Integra but i think most of us had our 30 minutes of fun.

On the way back, spent an hour at a tyre shop scraping off all the shredded slick tyre compound which stuck like superglue on to our tyres before getting them balanced. I think I actually gained tyre tread from the track day today! The remaining slick compound still on my tyres are giving me 20% more grip than usual :wink:

I agree with the others, a track day every quarter will be just nice.

zhul ... the Preve was fast la down the straight, through the corners lagi worse for us! Daniel was late, if not we would have had e30, e36, e46, e90 and e92! I think this weekend I will be scrapping the stcky stuff off my tyres as well ...
