Sepang Track Day 16/1/2005

I heard that the track day at Sepang Int. Circuit on 16 Jan 2005 will be a charity event - proceeds will be donated to the Tsunami charities. Anyone can confirm this?

I saw a thread on this at ZTH, seems that the response is overwhelming, and the MME and MSS competitors will also be done. So expect one big traffic jam on the track! Will skip this until we can get a closed track session later in the year.

january 16th; track day schedule is as usual. morning for bikes and evening for cars. i am not sure about the rate for cars but bikes is plus another 10 bucks = $100.

oh yeah.. you don't have to participate to donate. you can just pay and watch...

for ur info guys...the fees on tht day r RM200 per car and Rm100 per bike!
got this info from my mate in sic.
also,there will b a guest of honour too....
none other then my hero nad idol...none other then the great man himself...
tun mahatir!he will be driving a porsche cayenne and will only ferry 9 ppl in the car!
expect to pay a high fee for tht though as tun mahatir will be flying down the sepang circuit for a good cause!

btw...if u guys wanna go and help raise funds for the tsunami y dont we all go there as a club and pay the fees and create havoc there?
it will b good for the bmw club reputation too!
