Nice bro...care to share what type of child seat is that and how much did u bought? Looking for one too....boleh pasang E90 kan?

Yes bro it can be fitted to almost all passenger cars ... It's a sweet cherry C100-SCR7 carrier car seat. That particular model can be adapted to a stroller too, S301-SCR6. You have to shop around tho cos price do vary (tip: don't go to sogo for baby seats or baby products ... blardy expensive)

Kecik2 suda ajar rempit nih.
Next is Bucket Seat for yr car & sell existing seat to me:listen:

Hehehe ... apa nak buat ... dah bapak borek, anak kena rintik :D

semi bucket seat pun aku susah nak masuk apatah lagi full lol :p

Bought em couple of weeks ago and had it installed a day later :D

My worn out bushings, actually it's not really that bad i could have go on for a few thousand miles ... But there is a slight freeplay
SDC14210.jpg

SDC14211.jpg

Had to use a grinder to cut the metal ring that is inside the old bushings
SDC14212.jpg

Should i keep the metal casing???
SDC14217.jpg

Pressed in the bushing into the housing

Steering feels tighter and sharper ... Am very satisfied and happy with the performance of these PU bushes.

While doing my front bushings, i also took the opportunity changing my rear absorber mount

Old one:

New one:

Now no more loud thumping noise when going over uneven roads, speed bumps or that thick yellow lines you find on the roads :top:

P/s: While on the subject of bushings (or bush) here's an old joke about saddam hussein and george bush -
Do you want to know why saddam divorce his wife???

Cos when he lift up his wife's skirt he saw 'bush' :D

Nice mod bro. How much the bush & installation? Too bad already change the lower arm complete wt bush & balljoint. Any different on stereng feel on high speed 170 to 200kmh?

Thanks bro, the bushing is around RM380 and the installation cost RM130. Regarding on steering feel at high speed i can't say much due to the not-so-good-alignment job done after the installation so i have not yet driven the car on a high speed cruise (done 140kmh crusing speed but afraid to go higher as the car is tramlining badly). I will redo my alignment after CNY only then i can give a more definite answer.

But what i can say is that during hard cornering and braking the car feels more quicker and a bit more precise to steering inputs than before. Steering feels more tighter too but that due to the 'hardness' of the PU bushings i guess. But the main selling point is the PU bushes supposed to last longer than Ori or OEM versions.

Thanks bro :D Yes it's manual gearbox and it is a lot of fun but being an AMT (automated manual transmission) system it's not smooth like an auto especially on traffic jams. Have to be feather light with the throttle in such instance.

Hehehe ... detailing is fun bro :D

To make long story short my water outlet hose went kaput and based on www.realoem.com i should buy the shorter one in the pics but in fact since i have winter package in my ride it will be longer since it connect to the heater lol.

The bottom piece is what the online ETK showed I had ( Part No : # 11531436410) but apparently NOT lol
But since mine had the winter package the water hose outlet is longer connecting straight from the expansion tank to the heater.
Part Number is # 64 21 8 376 153
SDC15073.jpg

So since i didn't want to tow to my regular mech and spend more money i called up DM Autowerke (www.dmautowerke.com) which does house calls plus the proprietor is a good buddy of mine :D

He opened the cabin filter in a jiffy to access the other end of the hose
SDC15071.jpg

SDC15076.jpg

SDC15072.jpg

SDC15074.jpg

Done installing the hose!!!
SDC15077.jpg

After installing the hose we fill up water in the expansion tank and start the engine ... But it was still leaking "arrrgggghhhhhhhh" the expansion tank had crack on the side wall. Just my luck
SDC15080.jpg

The offending crack
SDC15079.jpg

So off we go and bought an ori expansion tank which luckily i managed to get a good price :D
The left one is the faulty expansion tank
SDC15078.jpg

After installing the expansion tank we fill her up with water and bleed the system. Then we start her up and check for any additional leaks ... Phew luckily no leaks were detected. Am a happy camper indeed tho am lighter by a few hundred ringgit lol
Anyway I would like to thank to my buddy Malcolm for coming to the rescue :top: So if you guys need a good mech to service your car at your home do check out his website www.dmautowerke.com or give him a call at 012 355 1180 say you're a friend of b33mer :D
