What happens to the tyre after u use this? Can still run like normal or need to replace? Also, after using this and you get another puncture, what happens? Noob questions, I know, but appreciate clarification. My RFTs are fast coming to their end of life and considering non-RFTs...

1 bottle would last for 2 rounds of flat. Can run normal thereafter and it'll last internally for 2 yrs. By then, it shd be time for new tires.

Hi All,

I just called him (btw his name is Lee not Lim). :) He didn't bring enough this time around. So I banked in the $$$ to his CIMB and smsed him my address. He said he will courier it from Penang. I think RM85 is a great deal!

Cheers.

Looks good maniac bro. Thanks for the contact! Whether it works well or not, we'll have to wait for the first puncture on someone's non RFTs....hee hee

Hi Frens...

Changed my battery today but was told my front RFT's need to be change.
Can I change just the front tyres with non-rft while the back one remains the old one's?
At current mine is M-Sport 18"...can the non-rft fit my existing rims ?

Sorry...this lady driver do have many clouds in mind when it comes to UDM...:)

Non RFTs can fit the rims ok but typically it's not recommended to have different types of tires on the front and back since the grip and balance of the car will be off.

Having said that however 99% of us hardly ever reach even 50% of the potential of our cars so a lot of it depends on how you drive as well, if you're an aggressive driver clipping apexes on corners then replace all 4 tires. If you're just putting around quietly then IMO it's ok to replace front and rears differently.

Gameover is right. You can combo rft and non-rft tyres as long as they are on the same axle. It's been done in UK's BMW e90 forum to no harm. Some members there do recommend using the same brand n type for reasons gameover highlighted altho' others say it's optional.

Most agree tho' that if non-rft is replaced, choose 'XL' rated tyres. The spec stands for 'extra load' ie it has stronger sidewalls n less flexing thus mimicking the ride qualities of rft

What non RFTs to fit all our 4 tyres? I knowof only Falken and Dunlop that has our 320d tyre sizes/profiles? Is the Falken F452 the best tyre in their range for our sizes/profiles?

CSC3 has our D tyre sizes, I'm changing to non RFT next month.

Not the best tyre but certainly one of the least expensive one. The Falken F452 was the only tires that the dealer could throw in without me adding more money. So I just gave it a shot. I'm happy I don't have to put in extra cash. But other than that, giri-giri la. Half decent would be right description for these babies.
