need help for my e46

all sifu,im new here to bmw.just bought the car 3weeks ago,and i found my car when driving unstable road,the tyre will hit the fender.and when sit more than 1 person behind,the tyre also will hit the fender.im thinking the rims too big for the car,or my absorber spoiled?or the spring too low..pls help

Well, some more details will be good. How big is your rims and tyres? What's the clearance/gap between the tyres and body? What's your E46 model?

My rim is 19inch,tyre 235/35/19.only 1finger can go in for rear.my setup is the eibach spring and bilstein absorber.finally I found out my rim too big.then now change to adjustable settled everything.
