Hi Bro byrancmc, you did a great job to send the car to the mechanic to get it checked. At least you think before you leaped. I did not and found out that mine has a few problems. Nevertheless, it is my heart which tells me to get a UDM and i have no regrets owning one. Although a few things to be fixed, it can still run on the road and it is still a Beemer. I would say I am proud to drive one and own one. Good luck in your hunt, take your time and dont let the outter beauty of the car fool you.

to own UDM u need passion to the brand..otherwise take UDM..less headache..UDM=manja..but feeling of driving manyak syiok ooo..sheer driving pleasure..now feeling like not enough to own only 1 UDM..need to re size my pocket to own another one..i think most of sifus here would agree..really drooling la seeing those E30 kakis..

ha ha i'm pretty much one of them who doesn't like my UDM and for some reason i too don't know why and i wonder why and the only reason being is that my UDM is not touching the 250 KM/h mark or more

Bro, below 200k mark is quite fast also la..mine exceeds 230 only once and i was too afraid to step the pedal more to the metal...but constantly cruising at 180kph is a joy man..

Hi.. it has been awhile i did not visit or posted anything here.. hehe
Btw, js to share my experience with my e46 '05/06 325i which i bought last oct. 1 year anniversary soon. everything was in stock condition when i bought the car
No major issue over the 10months of ownership, however there were only 2 major issue thats require assistance ( not really major)
1. expansion tank cracked - dmg RM800 + hose and termostat
2. battery failure - RM400
To me this 2 prob are js wear n tear.. 5yrs car wat u expect?
Regular service every 10k interval only cost me rm400
I guess it's on depends on luck when u r buying 2nd hand car.. js get to know a reputable BM workshop to do a 360deg inspection b4 buying it. All members here are very helpful . Happy shopping.. cheers

Was going downhill maaah..thats why can get 230 kekeke..but in actual fact 160-180 kph is my constant speed on hway lah..just wont rev beyond 4k rpm..sayang henjin mey...
