It is probable that ESS TS2 has already been removed before car put up for sale, that's why only 300nm torque as advertised, which is in paper stock figure for M54B30. Hence ramsing's quote "used to be a monster".

Even my humble "stock" ride yields max torque 275Nm on wheel.

Turbosingh has spoken. All run for your life........cabutsssssss

Bros, especially with manual converted ones, do you know if I should change the EWS gearbox to "manual" if you see this in BMW1.40? I saw the option but dare not make the change, not sure if it could kill something.

ZCS coding : /-------- IKE --------\ /-------- EWS --------\
Chassis :................. E39............................ E39
Model : ...................525i........................... 525iA
Type key :.............. DS32 ...........................DT42
Engine :................. M54B25 ......................M54B25
Gearbox : ..............Manual ..................Automatic

I finally sent my 17" M-pars to repair and repaint.

All 4 are found with dents and front right tyre even has internal injuries, exactly at the dented areas, culprit must be one of the pot holes:

Bro zidee,

As per OTT discussion, if this is what you're looking for, I'm ready to let them go.

I bought them as this item:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/28079972157...cmd=ViewItem&sspagename=STRK:MEWNX:IT&vxp=mtr

As mentioned, I only used the RR handle as I want its hook. Pictured below is my initial set without hook.

I'm willing to part them for RM300.

Dear all,

These handles have been reserved and paid for by bro zidee. Many apologies, especially to anaksiam on behalf of bro vixxx also on behalf of fariz.hashim to whom I told this item was still not confirmed.

Cheers.

Some jobs done recently on my ride:

1. rewrapped front seats @ Top Cushion
- Overall experience rating - 8/10
a) -1 for delay in delivery without notice
b) -1 for seats not properly cleaned before delivery ( I was at least 3 hours late in collecting my ride )
c) -1 for making me do a return trip to collect something I noticed missing only a couple of days later.
d) +1 for alternative fix of electric-seat-control cover (cable-tie the broken plastic rather than replacing a new one that will likely last only a few months)
- Will I Return / Recommend : Yes for the great workmanship + price
- Damage: RM1300 for front seats only, Italy Leather.
- Pics: will share later

2. refurb style 66 M parallels at Shah Alam Tyres
- Overall experience rating - 10/10
a) -1 for not installing one of the rim caps during loan-tyres installation, causing one of them MIA.
b) +1 for replacing a used rim cap for me.
c) +0 for meeting expectation in workmanship and good communication.
- WIR: Yes
- Damage: RM600 for rim repair+spray+off-wheel balancing, RM30 for front pair of wheels balancing, RM55 for alignment.
- Pics: will share later

Cheers.

Pending job - looking for adhesive to stick these

back to the wheels properly.

Also replaced both front doors' A/C vents, which became loose, and blow fully upwards, whenever I need cool air the most.

You can't tell from the picture but the above ones are the "bad" ones. Replaced with a used pair (without tweeters), EXTREMELY tight now.

The front leatherworks, maintaining the original look.

What you can't see is that the 4 pcs of special-order Napure Ultra Firm Latex padding (A big THANK YOU to EL118) have been used, 2 pcs each side I suppose (didn't really ask Ah Kit).

Now the front seats are MUCH more comfortable and my butt sense also tells me the padding absorbs some of the bumpiness of the road as well.

Cheers.
