Are you sure we legally can eat landak?Doesnt it a protected species?.We dont want to be caught by arms of law.Perhilitan is quite strict now.Please check.For me rusa is ok if the breeding type but not the wild ones.We have to put the balance between sedap and environment.For me sedap or delicous comes in three condition.first when youre hungry,second when youre healthy and third when it was free.

this landak is actually licensed by PERHILITAN. They set how many of the little ones can be caught and cooked per day. This is the reason why we need to have the attendance known up front to inform the restaurant.

Thanks for your concern mokhtar818. We have already checked prior to posting this and a few have already recce'ed and tested the food. There is also other food if anyone does not fancy the landaks
