Is this E34 price worth to buy?

The car is quite old and if you not prepared to spend RM20K or RM1000 per month then it is not advisable to go for this car.

I decided to buy a good E34 525, but my budget just below 20K, so the choice are quite limited.

There would be wear and tear items to be changed, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.. and also depends what's the condition of the autobox, an overhaul will cost you about 5K.. As to how much to allocate apart from the car price, it's hard to say without thoroughly inspecting the car. The car does look standard and nice in the photos.

I noticed that these cars(m20) the gearbox do not come with S button.

Anyone mind to tell me what is the diff btw these 2 type of GB.

....in my opinion Buy RM18K spend another 20k is better than spend RM40+k and get a New Proton or a Perodua or as a matter of fact any japs around that range...when I bought a 12 year old E39 people say Im going to need alot of money to maintain it, but to me even if I need to take out 40k to do it up to almost perfect, its still even cheaper than to buy a new Camry or an Accord....which is no where in comparison to the driving pleasure the E39 can provide. FYI I also have a 20year old E34 which I bought for 29k then and spend more than 20k to do it up....this 20 year old will put many younger generations to shame....
