Huge white smoke

Y my e60 having huge white smoke coming from the tail pipe only i make an emergency brake ? And the car is shaking and i stop the engine for 10 minutes only back to normal .

Get it to a garage and get a pressure leak down test on the cooling system, could be a head gasket or cylinder head problem

Overheat before? Mileage exceeding 300k km? Sounds like just worn valve seals.
