[HELP] F30 318i Jerk at Gear 1/2

Hi All,

Can someone help me to identify this problem or if someone has experienced it? My car is a F30 318i.
When the car shifts from 1st to 2nd gear, there is a jerk feeling as though someone hit you from the back. Then some time around 40kmh-50kmh, when there is a gear shift, it jerks a little. All happens in comfort mode and it is more noticeable when the engine is cold.

Has anyone experienced the same before?

hi, i experienced a similar issue on my F30. Brought in to Ingress Auto and was informed that the jerk is normal due to the high torque from the turbo. They just did a reset of the tyranny. After that, still slight jerk but it was bearable. Feel it more in comfort mode. Less of it in eco pro
