E30 (M) gear change jerking!!

Good day to all master sifu... recently I converted my car from Auto to Manual, its 325i motronic(2.5/2.7) with 240G 5 speed gear box and 3.73 lsd. with A/C on 750rpm, A/C off 850rpm, C.O 1++. Clutch padel was very smooth and light weight clutch padel feel, gear box no extra noise, no vibration. but the problem was during gear change from 1st to 2nd or to 3rd the whole car was jerking, It was also happen when running on 2nd or 3rd gear if you depress and release the accerlation and rpm was running low withing 1500rpm+/- the car was seriously jerk. Any sifu here can help me to soft this problem or experian to share with me!!! it will be much more appreaciate if solution can be redirect and share.... Thank youregards

I think it might be the bushings or something. I have the same problem on my 318i, but mine occurs more significantly during the 2nd gear. Can some sifu's clarify this?
