headlights too low :(

Hi all bros here, i having this problem with my headlights its darn low even i adjusted to the highest setting. This problem happened after i lowered my car with eibach springs. Anyone having this annoying problem ? :106:

Most likely the plastic headlight adjusters are broken. It's a very common problem on E39s. It has been discussed extensively here http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10642

Well i am sure the adjusters are working fine, when i adjust the beam there is still movement but its only the beams are low and making driving at nite a pain.

Wonder if the E39 and E34 headlights adjuster is the same or not. Can someone enlighten me on how to adjust them? Hehehee, sorry ... have been relying on the mechanics too much I guess.
