It's like the academy awards night which we have talked about before. I would like to volunteer to come out with the categories. Besides the best cars, we can also cover the best "personalities" such as most leng chai, most beautiful girlfriend, most proficient shit-stirrer, most bulu, best drinker etc etc etc.

Can even get members to form a band to perform, hehe! In terms of budget, RM80-00 against 100 pax = RM8,000-00. This should be upper limit. So, a workable budget between and against my earlier more conservative estimate of RM3,000-00 = RM5,000-00. Looks very do-able.

Can we have this meeting first and decide what, where, how etc before we start going all over the place ??

Let us set the right framework before we start doing any polling, suggestion, ideas etc .

Like I said, by next week, we should be able to have some ideas on what to do.

Therefore, may I suggest that we hold on to our horses for couple of days more before we unleash it ...

Pardon me disrupting der euforia but like I said b4, how "Grand" is dis annual dinner going to b? Ist der"BMW image" going to determine how lavish dis dinner vill b or ist it der budget?

Vat ist der average participant prepared to pay for der dinner? Vat are der nos. of sales reqd. for break-even & r these nos. realistic?

Think about it guys - image? or budget? :lazy:

Good point there. I have had experience working in some hotels before. Actually, a huge part of the cost goes into F&B. If we are not too particular about the food selection, then I think RM80 is quite alright and we can choose some nice locations.
