I may not be able to turn up, will try to.

Anyway, just a quick update, i think the "budget" we set is a little difficult, if we are thinking along some 5 star hotels. Have checked with LeMeridien, Sheraton Imperial and Hilton, all above our budget.

Will call Concorde and Saujana shortly.

KLGCC has a 30-table capacity ballroom (with dancefloor) & the prestige to draw participants but it's booked out for 30th July.

People, here's a thought.

Since the ideal location is somewhere we can display our cars as well, you may wish to look at Putrajaya/Cyberjaya where there is usually ample space. You could always couple the dinner with a convoy to the hotel.

Pjaya/ Cjaya iz also good idea & I wouldn't mind dude, but I think our cum'tee is trying to find a convenient location somwher btw Klang & KL.
Dis occasion going to be semi-formal evening sit-down dinner so alla fiddling, testing, revving & showcasing mayb better suited for TTs/ BBQ/ picnics.
Dining & entertainment iz to b de order of der occasion.
