Reset onboard fuel bro.. That would help to reset to accurate consumption. My city drive are around 9.2L/100Km

I always reset when I pump fuel ... if not it had been worst as some times I've hit 14L / 100kmh ....

Mine stay between 10.9 ~11.9 (comfort and city drive) no matter how light foot I am.

Mine will be about 9.9L/100km. Mostly driving in sports + and sports transmission.
If i dun drive hard, average will be around 9.2L/100km

Eco pro .............. Will Eco pro be more "makan fuel" something very wrong with my car ... bouncy eat petrol totally a disas... to have it

my driving style achieved fuel comsumption ard 9.5L/100km, average speed 35km/h, full city drive.
i thought it was bad as the figure not even close to what bmw claimed, until i gt a F10 courtesy car, 13L/100km!

IMHO what shown on the OBC/iDrive might not necessarily be an accurate calculation of the true FC as what shown is only an average of total KMs covered since the ODO is 0km. Unless the figure is reset from time to time, the average may not be accurate as the base is huge. Like in my case, OBC is showing 6.8L/100km but my actual FC calculated based on milleage covered per tank & recorded on Fuelly is actually 7.2-7.5L/100km.

Best way is to track via per tank basis over KMs covered.

Never bother to track my fuel consumption. Feel that it deceit the purpose of buying a BMW. Just happily press and press whenever I have the opportunity.

Bro,

2 things that you may try:

1. Reset Journey computer
2. Reset Fuel consumption in On board computer

From what I've seen, Journey computer shows current consumption and On board computer show average consumption base on current and previous saved data. so if you reset both together it might give you more accurate reading and another thing is the reading that u see on "meter box" through steering while driving refer to average consumption not current consumption.

If non of these make different then better you refer to SA

to throw in my 2 cents on my 30k+ km 320d using 'Gas Cubby' phone app to track. I'm yellow and I track.

i get 6.7l/100km on avg before the ecu mapping free update by bmw about a month back.
now i get 6.2l/100km after the update. noticed gear shift characteristics different, less eager to upshift as though preempting your driving and throttle input.

75% city driving, 25% highway (120-140kph avg).
Stock 17" rims & RFT
DTUK (map3,+2)
PedalBox (sport mode, curve 0)
ITG drop in replacement foam filter

Agree... If fuel consumption is what you are looking for, go jap.

FC for every car n every driver will differ. Driving style, climate, stop and go, fuel, air density, day or night driver, etc etc contributes to a variety of FC.

My best was 710km with mixture of highway and urban driving 75%/25% on Eco-Pro mode F30 328i

I don't like Eco pro. Car become sedated and refuse to go forward. Beh tahan.
