Actually the 320i efficient dynamic model came with 1.6 turbo at 170hp n 250Nm torque. Not sure this engine same as the one in 316i or not.

This 316i should have room for tuning.

Off topic a little, Few years ago, when our Ex-Club President, Daredevil went to Thailand to meet up with the BMW Club members there... The Thai BMW Club President drove a E36 M3.... There was no M3 badge but a 316i badge.. hehehe....
Imagine some jap car trying to bully this '316i' and get smoked...

Mini version of 1.6 turbo is n18. which is 184bhp 260nm torque uses in cooper S
