Sifus,

Starting a new thread to get a technical advise. In an earlier thread i mentioned i bought a recond 523 Msport 2010 - Car was in excellent condition and still is... I registered the car in AB Glenmarie just to ensure i can get the car checked and for the genuine parts of cause. The registration comes with a 72 point check, and part of that they topped up my gearbox oil.

After that, now i feel a jerk at each gear change - mainly low gears. When i asked to the technician he said ah its coz new oil and may have air pocket and it will clear after a while bla bla bla.. problem remains and i think it is getting worst which is worrying me... i know we can do electronic re-calibration of the gearbox but any advise to sort this issue would be appreciated.

I need to know the best solution, i will go back to AB but if a better solution is available, will just go for that and sort it out..

Thanks

Rgds

I would suggest that you request AB Glenmarie to do a gearbox re-adaptation or update the gearbox software.

Wahooo....another classic excuse from the technician.air pocket in the gearbox oil.....sheesh...

now they say i need to do a full re-programming of all the modules... leaves me puzzled and confused... went for just a check, car was in excellent condition and now im screwed...

Bro,
You registered your recond car at AB to get a full 72 point check up so that your baby can be maintained in good health so you can have peace of mind but now it seems that the so called Professional is giving you more headache and heartache!

Masuk no problem Keluar got problem.Might as well don't go and have the check up in the first place.I would go and bang table and ask for an official explanation from them for screwing up your "excellent condition" car!

@Moots - True bro, heartache now... honestly i love BMs... i've owed an E39 M-Sport before and i love these German machines... after long wait now i bought my beloved M-Sport again... i'm not a rich guy heheh.. just too crazy and passionate about cars... so was willing to spend my money and no regrets... i just hate it when someone else screws up my dream...

My last post here was on 2nd Oct, problem is still there.. i called them twice and they said they will call me back... of cause they never call la... now looks like i gotta go get all rowdy with them to fix my problem!!!

Pain!!
