I just bought a recond e60, after awhile of driving it, I can hear "Enk Enk" sound from all doors. I check with others, they said is because the door rubber touched the body, must rub with oil to the rubber. OR after car wash no sound at all (But only can tahan 2 days...hahahaha) So I need to ask: (1) It is all the e60 face this problem?(2) I heard that AB got sell the sticker to stick on the body, so that the door's rubber won't touch the body...IS IT TRUE??????(3) Someone got any better way to solve this????Regards,Jose

Same, just got a recon e60 & was having the same problem. Couldn't stand it, real irritating, but didn't know what 2 do! Brough it to 1 of the workshop, the helpful mechanic just apply the standard rubber grease around the door rubber. All noise gone! Now peaceful like hell! Hu Ray! in luv w my UDM again!

In my case,I got some wierd crackling sound on both the front doors like as if they are too tight or something but my guess is it's got some Hamann bodykit which I feel is not fit well and maybe that's causing it.I'm planning to change to the M5 kit and hope I solve the problem failing which I'm gonna try the oil trick and still can't solve it,roll it down the nearest river coz it's irritating as hell. The irony is,the car has only done 7K kms..

Bring your car to mSpeed in USJ, Ah Meng or John can help you grease your doors, and you will have peaceful, quiet driving with your car. Not sure why some cars have the problem, perhaps weather change between different countries. Mine is a Japan spec e60 525, and I got the doors grease and they are ok for many many months now. mSpeed contact is here in this website http://udmowners.com/portal.php

All the best. Regards,

bro ur many months is how long? since after the grease, no more squeaking sound till up-do-date? damn i get used to my door squeaking sound for ALMOST 2years till now. if it be can solve permanently, i'll be glad to drive up there.

Dont roll it to the river. just roll it to me! Ha3..........:38: volunter to provide free maintenance!

Mine also being done in MSpeed by friendly & helpful Ah Meng. A simple grease job is all it take to keep d noise away.

more grease less pain:20:, less pain less noise..mah:top:

Couldn't I just do it myself?is there a certain kind of grease I need and where exactly do I need to apply it?Bedroom greasing I know la but this sounds like rocket science man

Let me get this straight,Is this the Armour All that comes in a little pump bottle?so i need to apply this along the rubber linning around the door?

This brand http://www.armorall.com/
The leather care, not the the wheel & tire stuff. :p

I apply it on the felt material on the door side, not the rubber stuff on the body side. The felt material will soak up the leather care so that you won't have any oily stuff running around.

Actually, any leather care should work.
