Yes bro.. Just realised that .. My bad not checking with BA about their price before doing any repair works.. Normally i'll compare with BA price ..

So, because price from workshop and BA not much different .. i decide let the workshop get the parts ..

Replaced my MAF sensor after the engine light came on.

Place DU Tyre & Service Centre. Damansara Utama (Uptown)
RM738 inclusive of labour. Brand Continental VDO. Is it reasonable?

My previous W202 C200 MAF cost me about RM525. That was 3 years ago.

Labor cost $140
TOTAL: $2013 plus service tax

I got a quote to repair the transmission fault
Sealing sleeve (ZF) $120
Auto pan with filter (ZF) $450
Transmission fluid ZF6 75/litre x 8 = $600 (do we really need 8 litres?)
Solenoid valve $1890
Labor cost $270
TOTAL plus tax = $3,346.20

I think i need to check with some other mechanics to see if the prices are reasonable

Just had my engine valve gasket change RM240 + RM40 labour
Fan belt i also dont know expensive or not 2 belt RM138 + RM198 + RM80 labour
Battery change after many years RM448 no labour.
Total spent RM1,144 @@

The shop was previously known as bm world,now it's called deutsch auto. So far my experience with them is good.

6 spark plugs(original, all bmw ngk) $75 x 6 = $450
6 ignition coils(original) $180 x 6 = $1080
Labour charge $200

Is the price reasonable?

Plugs appeared to be on the high side as Bosch Platinum (Germany) are only RM 25 per pc. Cost of the coils looks ok but
labour charges slightly high.

Plug 6 x rm50 - rm300 (bosch)
Labour-rm200 include reset etc
Total - rm1170
Reasonable???

Actually the plugs may differ from car to car. For example, my E60 530i LCI N53 is using a different plug which costs more than the normal E60's. Maybe you guys can also share the part number just to be sure.
