E46 - 325 and 328

Hi! Since I will be getting a E46 soon, I am just wondering how reliable is the E46 325 & 328 gearbox? Is the normal maintenance high? Which workshop can I send the vehicle to? I stay in Ampang. Which is better, 325 or 328? Do I need to replace ATF and where should I send the vehicle to have it done?ThanksYuen
