Hello again all,

Today i received a call early in the morning from police officer in KL HQ (IPK). In summary, they found my car and caught the the robbers. I went to see my car this afternoon and everything looks ok, not a scratch !!! They also managed to retrieve my laptop !!! Thank god !!! Hopefully can drive it back tomorrow !

Congrats Rubik on the discovery of your ride! Amazing that our cops are that good heh.

When I read about the robbery at KLIA in the papers this morning, where the robbers used a BMW, I kinda thought it could have been your ride. But these robbers were not caught and that stolen BMW probably has some bullet holes in it lol.

woo... u r the lucky star. Dun think you can get your car so soon as they usually take some time for investigation.

Recently spoke to the CobraConnex folk and got to found out one of their Hilux customer car got stolen and the recovery team actually recovered 4 other stolen Hilux at the culprit's warehouse. I would say the other 4 Hilux owner was lucky because the 5th Hilux was installed with a satellite tracking system....

Anyway, Rubik, your ID still in our E9x register.. Welcome back! Wishing u a speedy recovery from the slash wound! Do share with us more if you have info on how the recovery was possible? I am think the robber sayang to disect the car.. and drive it for a while and got addicted and fell in love.. :love: Hahahahaa.....

Just read that Chris Bangle has resigned from BMW. Dunno whether that bodes well or ill for future designs, but I must say that I was initially a critic and then became a fan of his radical ideas. Especially now when I look at Merc, Audi and Lexus E90 equivalent models...:boring:
