Its just beside the Ampang Sports Planet which is near to the Ampang Puteri Hospital. If you are on the Ampang Elevated Highway, heading to Ampang, just drive straight to the very end [last exit] then make a 'U' turn at the 'T' junction before joining the main Ampang road. Take a left turn about 150 meters after that 'U' turn. It looks like a long warehouse. Bora Ombak is at the one end of the long warehouse. Do come if you can make it.

On a serious note, I have always been reading the 'news' between the lines.

Don't work yourself too hard bro. Life is all about balance, but sometimes, trying to achieve that is something else.

Ampang Year 'End' TT: Saturday January 2, 2010

Dear friends,

I would like us to have a 'year end' TT to close off the year and was wondering if any of you are interested.

This particular TT may not even be in Ampang! As some of you may know from the past that the Ampang TT could be held and is actually held anywhere [remember Bangsar, Hard Rock @ Jakarta?]. The last one was held at the Pavilion sometime back.

So I was just wondering if we could have it there again, maybe over lunch till late afternoon or something. Considering that Jay and Alvin [and even some of you] would be away nearing the year end, the TT could even be held on that year end weekend itself, say on Saturday 2nd of Jan 2010.

There are plenty of restaurants and gin joints to choose from, so the actual venue would not be an issue [I hope!]. Tony Romas is one [we could then get discounts eh?], then adjourn for after lunch drinks or something... its your call. I would just be happy to meet everyone and have a good time as we often do at almost all of our TTs [with very few exceptions!!!]. The other place would be at the 'butt viewing strip', i.e. the alfresco dining areas and where the cafes are.
