Back in ampang safely. Thanks BC.

Climenta, Saturday is full. Have to chair my alumni assoc. AGM in the afternoon at SDCC (make the preparation in the morning)..

However, how about lunch on Sunday? May be a short drive to say, Bentong? I am sure there is a nice join in ole' Bentong.. Chief BC? I volunteer to be the sweeper(THE SWEEPING WHITE KNIGHT?...). And for a change, if Mr. VP wants to follow we can ask him to lead.... else Jay can have the honor, and Climenta can enjoy the view of Jay's sexy rear.. hehehe

(mintak2 sempatla slam down the white knight b4 weekend)...

Ahahahaha......lol. lol. The king of 'rempit and cucuk' has spoken. :19:

Since all the Generals are with prior plans, let's postpone it for the time being la. This Sunday is a definite no-no for me, car being used for a friend's wedding & I'm the lucky driver la. I definitely need some time to get used to the new setup anyway, not sure if the same goes for the White Night:D

Have fun guys:wink:

Yup seconded. Let's postpone it for the next weekend. My schedule also full this weekend. Kena kerja pak! :4:

Been kinda busy especially the weekends so I usually miss out on the TT. I think climenta has mentioned before to you guys :).

Anyway PB has been great. The team I am in is currently ranked no.1 overall in the league in Division 2. There's still another 3 more legs (out of 5) to go before the season closes and then it's World Cup Asia which is usually held some time in November.

The 3rd leg will be on the 18-19th of April, and then I'll be playing in the Super 7s tournament (7man format) on the 1-3rd of May. It'll be pretty packed in the coming weeks as we try to squeeze in as much training time as we can.

There's currently 2 separate leagues running in Malaysia. MY-NPL and MPOC. I'm playing in MPOC :).

How are things with you? I see you're de-modding your car?

Congratulations on your team's current standing bro... I am sure that that is no easy feat and with bruises and scars at the very least.

Looks like you've got your months filled up huh! Yeah... I am quite tied with work and all and in dire need of a loooonng vacation. Too tired during the weekdays now that I have to support SEA too. And that sometimes eats into my weekends when I need to travel. Sigh... but that's better than with no work at all I guess.

De-mod? Yup... reverting to my 16" for the moment until I get my hands on my new 18s!!! Seems that I may have a ready buyer too. So letting it go with 5 pcs of tyres. The 16s would be using the 2 Contis won during the last hunt and another 2 bought from XXX. Looking forward for a fresh look on my ride...

Itching for an E92/93... but since the downturn... its better to be careful, so a splat of new paint and some nice chromed wheels and decent rubbers would do the trick I suppose... :)

The best on your next comp bro... I am scheduled to be in Jakarta that week, else I don't mind rounding the herd and go watch the comp! Maybe the one in May... we'll see...

Bro BC and Bro climenta, thanks for giving good advice and guidance thru the phone
for my car breakdown, just now. After jump start the car, the engine can run now.
So, tomorrow, i'll do the inspection, most probably need to change the battery.
The weird thing is, I had bought the battery only 1 year age... sigh... :102:

Thanks again Bros... :top:

Good luck tomorrow, hope nothing too serious other than the battery. If possible at all, have a second opinion at another garage...

Ahahaha...speaking of witch. I've got similar, wat i might say an 'unwanted incident' last 2 days night. On my way to Bangsar wif some friends to dinner, my rear left tyres had went flat-out/puncture. So me and my friends had to workin' it all out to change wif spare tyres ecetra2 (kesian my friends, all sweatin' helping me change the tyre and stuff). To cut it short, yesterday morning i went to my nearest tyres workshop.

At the tyres workshop, the staff there said BOTH (yes you heard it all-right.lol) BOTH of my rear tyres (including the pecah one) had been 'smashed-out' all this while. I've seen it myself. The 'in-terior' of the tyres is totally worn out/hancur. So in that case, ive been drivin' a 200 kmh to Melaka last weekend wif a 'smashed-out' rear tyres!! Man, that is horrifying. Thanx god nothing bad happen to me on that day. :63: But it is a good lesson indeed for me. :40:

So guys, be carefull ya out there. Always rajin to check your tyres conditions. Cheers folks!

Bro loafer, Yeap! its a maintenance free battery, i just bought it last
year(only 1 year age). My car not suddenly die but its couldn't start.
At the begining, whenever I hit the ignition on the sound heard only
'click click' but the engine not even cranking at all. Then, all the panel
indicator just blank condition and its seem like no current flow to supply.
For the second attempt, I tried to do the ignition on but to no avail, all
the panel indicator blank and no supply at all. Have called up my friend
to do the jump start the car then its so easier to start the engine like
normal. After warming up within a minute, start back(disconnected the
jumper from my friend's car) then seem like no problem. So, tomorrow,
I need to send my car to the nearest workshop for check up to see any
problem encountered. Thanks.

Ampang Boyz, sorry to hijack this thread for a while... he he he

Bro thankfully nothing bad happened to you. I don't quite understand what you mean by smashed-out tires though. When does this usually occur?

Macha, tukar 4 tayar terus better. If the inner part of the front tyres are worn out, it has definitely something to do with your alignment (- camber) but I'm not sure about the rear tyres. Remember to swap rear to front more frequently b4 flying high speed.

BTw, before making up your mind on tyres, PLS make sure you review unker Jarance punya post on the tyre prices. Jangan kena ketuk:)

Anytime bro, just keep your cool if it happens again:D

Jokes aside, if your batts are less than a year old & it's dying off, check on all the electronics on the car esp. ICE stuff, amps, lights, or any other modifications. Also check on the status of that dynamo thingy thats supposed to recharge the batt, not sure what is it really called.

FYI, I've been using the same batt for more than 2 years now & touch wood there are no such issues thus far. Also, I've been using a Pivot Raizen voltage stabilizer which is supposed to be beneficial:)

Bros, if your batery is less than a year and you still have the purchase receipt I suggest just go back to the shop where u bought the batt and get a replacement (Normally batteries have 1 year warranty). It could just be QA/QC problem by the manufacturer..

And if I am not mistaken the "that dynamo thingy" is called dynamite.... hehehe

I personally like em coz they're very affordable & reusable. Pls note, Titan shocks are customized, so it will take some time to understand your own driving style & adjusting your setup accordingly.

Damaging your bushes & the body is a definitely possibility if you're using a super hard setup. Wonder why some people like em so hard that it doesn't feel like a suspension setup at all (Macam paip besi :stupid:)

For family cars, you could try soft or medium setup. If you'd like to try my current soft setup, give me a tinker & buy me coffee on a late evening (preferably within this week la). I'll gladly let you have a test drive:wink:

Bro,
Thanks for the offer to test drive your ride:top:, try to adjust my schedule.....see i got time or not (I will give you a ring first). Not only coffee bro, makan2 also can.
This Titan shop in Pandan Mewah light industry right?
